Cancellation / Refund Policy
Full refunds, minus a 5% administrative fee, are provided prior to 30 days of the event start date. Less than 30 days from the start date, no refunds will be granted, but you may substitute another person to take your seat. Cancellations must be in writing and received no later than 30 days of the event start date to be eligible for a refund, less a 5% administrative fee. A limited number of travel grants are available, intended to cover one attendee’s registration fee, hotel, and travel costs. Each grant is $1,000. If you are interested in applying for a grant, please email a letter of recommendation from your program director as well as a personal letter indicating need to HEICfellowscourse@gmail.com by May 1, 2017. Only one grant will be awarded per institution. Recipients will be given the grant after completion of the course so you must cover upfront costs.
